Alberici Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (Self-Perform Concrete/Steel) in Hillsdale, MO to lead estimates, scheduling, cost control, and contract management on major projects.

You will supervise ironworker performance, oversee change orders, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with estimators, BD, and field teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in project management within construction, with strong cost accounting, billing, and safety

Qualifications

• BS degree in construction or related field is required.
• 5+ years in project engineering/PM with large projects.
• Experience with cost control, change orders, and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage project estimates and schedules.
• Oversee change orders, client negotiations and contract types when not specified.
• Monitor project costs, labor productivity and risks; ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Lead team coordination and communication with subs, owners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely billing and receivables collection; manage project startup and closeout.
