Alberici Constructors, a St. Louis area leader in complex construction projects, seeks a Project Manager (Self-Perform Concrete/Steel) to lead budgeting, scheduling, and cost control across multiproject portfolios.

You will guide estimators, manage change orders, and supervise site teams to meet safety, quality and performance targets. The role requires strong leadership, risk management and client interaction skills, with travel to sites across North America and collaboration with executives to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in project engineering/management for large projects.
• Willing to travel to North American project sites for extended periods (up to 85%).
• Experience with cost accounting, scheduling, and bid/proposal support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage project estimates and cost controls.
• Oversee change orders, billing, and labor productivity reporting.
• Supervise ironworker performance and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate start-up, risk management, safety, and client communications.
