Alberici seeks a Project Manager (Self-Perform Concrete/Steel) to develop and manage estimates, oversee the billing process, and monitor labor productivity for projects. You will supervise ironworkers and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across North America.

You will review costs against estimates, coordinate with estimators and executives, and drive efficient project startup, execution, and closeout.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field.
• 5+ years of project engineering/PM experience on large projects.
• Experience with cost accounting/reporting systems and change orders.

Mansioni

• Develops, maintains, updates, distributes and manages estimates.
• Oversees change orders pricing and timing.
• Reviews construction strategy with estimators and BD during bids.
• Ensures project schedule is developed and maintained.
• Monitors costs, labor productivity reports and financial status of projects.
