Job summary

BayOne Solutions is seeking a skilled Program Manager to join the Business PMO team in Santa Clara, CA. You will own delivery across planning, design, testing, cutover, and hypercare, ensuring governance and execution are rigorous so the business can focus on decision-making.

The role collaborates with Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash leaders, IT, and PMO to drive readiness and alignment throughout transformation. Strong ERP implementation experience in SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in program/project management, with ERP implementations in Supply Chain/Order-to-Cash.
• Experience building SIT/UAT strategies, defect triage, regression planning and cutover runbooks.
• Hands-on with agile delivery tools and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver program documentation and executive updates; take minutes and communicate to all stakeholders including C-level executives.
• Define SIT/UAT governance and ownership of test scripts, data, defect triage, retesting, and go/no-go criteria.
• Coordinate with vendors for fixes and regression testing before business retesting; govern cutover planning and go-live execution.
• Provide project management metrics and actionable insights to guide leadership decisions.
• Identify objectives and KPIs with stakeholders to measure progress and success.

Job description

• We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to join the Business PMO team. This role owns delivery across planning, design, testing, cutover, and hypercare —ensuring the business can focus on making the right decisions while execution, coordination, and governance are handled with rigor.
• This role will report directly to the Director, Mercury Business PMO, and will partner closely with Supply Chain, Order‑to‑Cash functional leaders, business stakeholders, IT, and PMO teams to ensure readiness, execution discipline, and stakeholder alignment throughout the transformation
• The ideal candidate is a structured and detail-oriented Program Manager with experience leading large‑scale ERP implementations across end‑to‑end Supply Chain, including Order‑to‑Cash processes

Responsibilities

• Ensure program documentation and executive updates are delivered consistently, including taking meeting minutes and communicating project updates to project team members, stakeholders, steering committee members, and C-level executives
• Define and enforce SIT/UAT governance, including ownership of test scripts, test data, defect triage, retesting, and go/no-go criteria.
• Working alongside vendors to validate complete fixes and regression testing before business retesting begins. Drive governance for cutover planning and execution, including runbooks, sequencing, and escalation during go-live.
• Provide project management metrics and actionable solutions to help guide leadership decision-making and program prioritization
• Research, analyze, and recommend solutions and best practices, influencing decisions by providing clear insights and structured options
• Work with business stakeholders to identify objectives, KPIs, and key metrics of success to measure project/program progress

Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in program/project management, with preferred experience leading Supply Chain and Order‑to‑Cash functions through SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA ERP implementations.
• Has built and run SIT/UAT strategies, defect triage, regression planning, and cutover runbooks for ERP go‑lives.
• Hands‑on with JIRA, structured RAID logs, and collaborative tooling (GDrive, Sheets, Slack/Zoom) in an agile/iterative delivery model.
• Highly analytical, execution-focused, and detail-oriented, with ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM) preferred.
