Job summary

VDart Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead large ERP initiatives in the Houston area with hybrid remote work options.

The role requires hands-on program management across SAP S/4HANA projects, strong collaboration with client leadership, and governance using KPIs to ensure successful delivery. The candidate should have managed end-to-end SAP programs, including budgeting, engagement planning, and contract management, while coordinating global teams and ensuring high-quality

Qualifications

Job description

Job Title:SAP Program Manager

Location: Houston, TX / Remote

Duration: Full Time

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience, working with large IT ERP programs.
• Experience in SAP engagement and project management experience.
• Must have executed at least 2 end to end large SAP programs in Program manager roles.
• Hands on experience of end to end Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs a big plus
• Hands on experience in handling global AMS / DevSecOps / ITIL based programs required
• Experience of having closely worked with C-Level and Client Delivery / Project Managers for success of overall engagement and delivery
• Should have led engagement planning and budgeting, manage engagement teams, define deliverable structure and content, facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client, direct on-time, and quality delivery of work products, manage engagement economics and manage engagement risk.
• Should have led business development and proposal response activities as anchor and with sales and value design teams for downstream revenue and new account generation.
• Designed and managed complex SoWs and contracts including change management

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience with Program governance set up and managing using KPIs
• Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non-SAP teams a big plus
• Experience with Agile/Devops and knowledge of CPG/Logistics industry a big plus
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Professional certification e.g. PMP and post-graduate degree are desired
