Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
• Strong project governance background including project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
• Ability to simplify complex technical and business discussions into actionable insights.
• Experience managing projects involving enterprise applications, system integrations, and process improvements.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP project experience, particularly within enterprise enhancements, integrations, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with integrated platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, eCommerce solutions, MuleSoft, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and release management.
• Experience partnering with Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Supply chain, warehousing, or inventory management experience is a plus.
