Job summary

Emplify Health by Bellin in Green Bay, WI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead revenue cycle initiatives and enterprise projects. This full-time role focuses on planning, execution, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will manage small to mid-scale projects, apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and drive improvements in patient access, billing, and claims processes. Monday to Friday, days, with a hybrid on-site option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1-4 years' experience in project management or group facilitation, Preferred.
• Project management experience with advanced concepts and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall); PMP Certification beneficial.
• Relationship builder: collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Desired experience supporting Revenue Cycle operations or related healthcare financial functions.

Job Specifics:

Location:1920 Libal St, Green Bay, WI 54301
FTE Status:Full-Time 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule:Days. Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays
