Job summary

Bellin Health in Green Bay is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager, Emergency Management to lead all-hazards emergency readiness across facilities. You will serve as the primary contact for incident command activations, design and facilitate exercises, and build relationships with community partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and Emergency Management course certification including IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, IS-800.B, IC-300, IC-400, IS-275, IS-139, IS-120A, IS-808, and the HSEEP Training Course K0146.
  • 5 years of experience demonstrating progressive knowledge in Emergency Management, Public Safety, healthcare preparedness, or related field.
  • Experience developing and executing emergency preparedness trainings and exercises.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, executes, and provides subject matter expertise for emergency management all hazards trainings and exercises as required by regulatory bodies and senior leadership.
  • Reviews incident command and emergency management exercise after action reports to ensure improvement items are completed and learnings are applied enterprise-wide.
  • Leads and collaborates with the Emergency Management Committee to establish and execute annual objectives.
  • Guides emergency management stakeholders to ensure role execution including oversight of EM Extender roles.
  • Assists in developing and updating emergency operations plans and response annexes for all-hazards.
  • Primary emergency management contact for incident command activations and ensure proper activation of the incident command system.
  • Manages the emergency mass communications platform; provides training and sends alerts as needed.
  • Completes annual hazard vulnerability analyses and reports.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders; serves as liaison to community resources and planning.
  • Adheres to regular and predictable attendance; performs other responsibilities as requested.

Description

The Enterprise Program Manager, Emergency Management is responsible for daily operational emergency management functions for Emplify Health. This includes, but not limited to, being the primary contact for incident command activations; the design and facilitation of emergency management exercises required by authorities having jurisdiction; establishing relationships with community emergency management partners; design and implement workforce emergency management training programs; actively participate on community committees, and maintain documentation as required by governmental and accrediting organizations. This position is also responsible for assisting in overseeing emergency management compliance to regulatory bodies including but not limited to The Joint Commission, DNV, CMS, NFPA, and OSHA for all Emplify Health facilities.

FTE Status:Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Business hours. Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays. On-call rotation

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience demonstrating progressive knowledge and responsibility in Emergency Management, Public Safety, healthcare preparedness, or other related field.
