The position offers hybrid eligibility in Green Bay, WI, with a 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) schedule Monday–Friday, no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of clinical experience, QI training and experience, and group facilitation skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates meetings and change management
• Performs data analysis and uses information systems effectively
