Job summary

Emplify Health by Bellin is hiring a Patient Admissions Representative at our Green Bay location. You will perform timely, complete patient registrations and communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff to meet payor requirements.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (plus health insurance or medical terminology coursework) and hospital admitting experience or health business training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and additional post-secondary classes in medical insurance, medical terminology, and health care business preferred.
• Hospital or clinic admitting experience or completion of health business program, computer/keyboard skills, medical terminology, health insurance processing, excellent customer service skills, and decision-making skills preferred.

Responsibilities

FTE Status: 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, possible Saturday rotation 6:00am - 2:00pm, one holiday per year
