Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of retail banking branch ground-up and fit-out construction projects. The role requires 25%-30% regional travel to project sites, with a client-focused and highly organized approach to manage multiple fast-paced initiatives.

The ideal candidate will oversee budgets, schedules, risk, and governance while ensuring brand, security, and regulatory compliance across all renovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing retail or banking ground-up and/or fit-out construction projects.
• Experience overseeing multi-site retail construction projects and fast-track delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and construction administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and project management software platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of branch ground-up and fit-out projects.
• Coordinate stakeholders including banking clients, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and operations teams.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules with milestones and critical paths.
• Ensure governance, standards, processes, and reporting frameworks are applied across projects.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, risk registers, and leadership updates.
