Job summary

ReClaim Restoration and Plumbing in Lafayette, LA is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Restoration Services. You will own assigned restoration jobs from notice to closeout, ensuring safety, budget alignment, and customer satisfaction across water, fire, and mold losses.

You will plan schedules, coordinate emergency responses, lead technicians and subs, build estimates in Xactimate, track costs, and maintain thorough documentation for billing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Restoration PM experience with water/fire/mold
• Proficiency with Xactimate
• IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD/AMRT/FSRT) preferred
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and leadership
• Valid driver’s license and on-call rotation

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

As Project Manager, Restoration Services- Lafayette, you’ll own assigned restoration jobs from first notice through closeout, keeping work moving safely, on budget, and aligned with customer expectations.

• Plan schedules, coordinate emergency response, and oversee field execution for water/fire/mold losses
• Lead technicians and subcontractors; set clear priorities and maintain jobsite safety/compliance
• Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, adjusters, and partners; provide timely updates
• Build estimates in Xactimate, track costs, and manage financial performance
• Maintain complete documentation (photos, daily logs, authorizations, reports) for billing and compliance

Required qualifications/skills

• Restoration project management experience with water/fire/mold processes
• Proficiency with Xactimate
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT) preferred/required as applicable
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; able to participate in on-call rotation
