RestorePro in Payson, AZ is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of restoration projects, ensuring they progress on schedule and within budget while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will lead teams, coordinate with insurance professionals, prepare estimates in Xactimate, and maintain clear communication with customers throughout every project. The role requires strong leadership, IICRC familiarity, and a customer‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in water, fire, mold, or disaster restoration.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT preferred).
• Xactimate experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency restoration losses (water, fire, mold, storm).
• Conduct property inspections and damage assessments.
• Develop mitigation plans and oversee execution.
• Manage multiple projects from start to finish.
• Lead mitigation technicians and subcontractors.
• Ensure work meets IICRC standards and company quality.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, adjusters, and staff.
• Create project documentation (moisture logs, photos, notes).
• Prepare and review Xactimate estimates and supplements.
• Monitor drying progress and adjust equipment as needed.
• Schedule crews, equipment, and materials for efficiency.
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Perform quality control inspections on projects.
• Maintain OSHA and safety standards on site.
• Coordinate handoffs to reconstruction team.
• Build relations with insurance professionals and referral partners.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout projects.
• Participate in on-call emergency rotation.
