Job summary

Servproofbathbrunswick is seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration projects from intake to completion. You will coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring safe, high-quality work and on-time delivery.

You’ll build strong client relationships with homeowners and insurers, supervise Restoration Technicians and Crew Chiefs, manage project scopes and budgets, and drive profitability while maintaining thorough project documentation across fires, floods, mold, and storm repairs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of operations experience are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience are a plus.
• Restoration, construction, mitigation, or cleaning industry experience preferred.
• Industry certifications (IICRC or similar) are a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, estimating software, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds independently (100 pounds with assistance)
