Job summary

ReClaim Restoration and Plumbing in Lafayette, LA is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Restoration Services. You will own assigned restoration jobs from notice to closeout, ensuring safety, budget alignment, and customer satisfaction across water, fire, and mold losses.

You will plan schedules, coordinate emergency responses, lead technicians and subs, build estimates in Xactimate, track costs, and maintain thorough documentation for billing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Restoration PM experience with water/fire/mold
• Proficiency with Xactimate
• IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD/AMRT/FSRT) preferred
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and leadership
• Valid driver’s license and on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Plan schedules and oversee field execution for water/fire/mold losses
• Lead technicians/subcontractors; ensure safety and compliance
• Be primary contact for homeowners/adjusters; provide updates
• Build estimates in Xactimate; track costs
• Maintain documentation for billing and compliance
