Job summary

Roofing Talent America is seeking a hands-on leader to own residential roofing projects from setup to completion on California’s Central Coast. You will set jobs up in the system, coordinate labor and materials, and lead foremen directly on the ground while managing the customer relationship throughout the job.

The role emphasizes field execution, schedule and quality control, with accountability resting on the foreman in charge.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable.

Opportunity Overview

This is a long-established roofing contractor operating across California's Central Coast, with several locations across the region and a customer base spanning homeowners, general contractors, developers and institutional clients.

The residential division delivers new construction, reroof and replacement, service and repair. The wider business also runs commercial work including metal and single-ply systems across hotels, multifamily, education and government projects.

Built as a family business over several decades, it was recently acquired by private equity, adding financial, HR and operational support to an experienced local leadership team.

The growth plan combines organic residential expansion with acquisitions and selective entry into new territory.

Operating standards, reporting and systems discipline have all stepped up, while the close-knit, field-first working environment has been kept.
