Job summary

Infinite Roofing Solutions in Fresno/Clovis is seeking an Operations Manager to own the mid‑stream of the business—from job sale through completion, collection, and customer bragging about us.

This is a hands‑on role, not a clipboard or pure PM job: you’ll run crews, manage materials and schedules, handle budget, and fix problems as they arise, reporting directly to the owner.

Comfort with local market, bilingual English/Spanish a plus, and a readiness to be in person daily.

Qualifications

• Real roofing, construction, or home-services operations experience.
• Able to scope and price a repair accurately.
• Has hired, trained, or fired people and can sleep at night.
• Familiar with CRM, Slack, CompanyCam, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage production schedule: crews, subs, and materials.
• Estimate and scope repairs to protect margins.
• Maintain supply house and subcontractor relationships.
• Ensure quality control and job photos with CompanyCam.
• Communicate with customers when it matters.
• Close back jobs and warranty work.
• Build SOPs to standardize future jobs.

Operations Manager - Roofing - Fresno / Clovis (Full-Time, In Person)

Base + performance bonus | Direct line to the owner | This is the number two seat in the company

The honest version

Our sales side is outrunning our operations side. We need one person who owns the middle of the business - from the day a job is sold to the day it is closed, collected, and the customer is bragging about us.

This is not a clipboard job and it is not a corporate PM job. You will run crews, materials, schedules, money, and problems. When something goes sideways at 7am, you are the person who fixes it.

What You'll Own

• Production schedule: crews, subs, and materials lined up so jobs start and finish on time
• Estimating and scoping repairs accurately - protecting margin on every job
• Supply house and subcontractor relationships, pricing, and accountability
• Quality control and job photos through CompanyCam - we document everything
• Customer communication when it matters, including the hard calls
• Back jobs and warranty work - closing the loop instead of letting it linger
• Building the SOPs so the next twenty jobs run the same as the last twenty

What We Need To See

• Real roofing, construction, or home-services operations experience - crews, schedules, materials
• You can scope and price a repair and be right about it
• You have hired, trained, or fired people and can still sleep at night
• Comfortable with basic tech - CRM, Slack, CompanyCam, spreadsheets. No coding required
• Local: Fresno / Clovis or willing to be here daily. This seat cannot be run from a laptop in another state
• Bilingual English / Spanish is a strong plus
