Anning-Johnson Company in the City of Industry, CA is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee multiple roofing and waterproofing projects, ensuring safety, on-schedule delivery, and on-budget performance. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets, read drawings, and report progress to owners and general contractors.

Proficiency with Procore, COINS, or Bluebeam is preferred, as is a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial roofing systems projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing materials, construction methods, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and project financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software (Procore, COINS, Bluebeam, or similar preferred).
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

What You\'ll Do
