Job summary

Infinite Roofing Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager — Roofing to lead post-sale job flow in Fresno, CA. You will schedule crews, order materials, walk jobs, troubleshoot field issues, and train team members to perform correctly the first time.

Responsibilities include visiting homes, verifying quality, managing subcontractors, and maintaining records in Leap CRM and CompanyCam. You’ll collaborate with the owner on capacity, margins, and process improvements, earning a competitive salary

• Tech-capable; daily use of a phone, tablet, and cloud software.
• Proven ability to train and teach others.
• Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record.

Infinite Roofing Solutions is a residential and commercial roofing company serving Fresno, Clovis, and the Central Valley. We are California's only 5-Star Certified Roof Maxx dealer. We are growing, we run on technology, and we treat customers like neighbors.

The role

You run the work after the sale. You own job flow from signed contract to happy customer: scheduling crews and subs, ordering material, walking jobs, solving problems in the field, and training our team to do it the right way the first time.

What you'll do

• Schedule and dispatch crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries
• Walk jobs before, during, and after — verify quality, catch problems early

Non-negotiable requirements

• Hands-on roofing or general construction experience — you know how a new roof goes on, the components, and how to diagnose and price a repair
• Strong customer service ability — comfortable in a customer's driveway and living room, calm under pressure
• Tech-capable — you use a phone, tablet, and cloud software daily without hand-holding
• Proven ability to train and teach, not just do
• Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record
