Job summary

Roofing Talent America (RTA) is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout in South Texas. You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources, while coordinating with estimators, foremen and subs to keep work moving smoothly.

You'll lead site walks, ensure quality, procure materials on time, and maintain clear communication with the field, office and client. This is a growth-focused role within a PE-backed, autonomous branch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing commercial roofing projects or strong adjacent construction mgmt.
• Solid knowledge of commercial roofing systems and construction process.
• Able to manage several projects concurrently and meet dates.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, vendors and field crews.
• Able to read blueprints, contracts and technical docs.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across South Texas.

Responsibilities

• Own roofing projects end to end from pre-construction through closeout.
• Build and hold the schedule, budget and resource plan on every job.
• Collaborate with estimators, foremen and subs to keep scope moving.
• Procure materials and equipment and ensure on-site delivery.
• Walk sites, monitor progress, resolve issues and maintain quality.

Your Role

• Own roofing projects end to end, from pre-construction through closeout
• Build and hold the schedule, budget and resource plan on every job
• Work with estimators, foremen and subs to keep scope moving efficiently
• Get materials and equipment procured and on site on time
• Walk the sites, check progress, solve problems, hold the quality line
• Keep field crews, the office and the client talking to each other
• Run the paperwork properly: RFIs, contracts, change order logs, reports
• Lead project meetings and keep leadership updated
