Job summary

MPI is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead interior finishes and multi-phased interior office builds across commercial sectors in Atlanta.

The role requires hands-on project administration, estimating/takeoffs, subcontractor coordination, and oversight of schedules, submittals, RFIs, and safety reviews, working closely with architects, engineers, and city authorities to ensure owner specifications and value engineering are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of interior finishes and commercial renovation processes.

Responsibilities

• Overall project administration, leadership, and technical direction of interior projects.
• Direct lead for estimating and take-offs.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and coordination with subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure on-time performance.
• Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, and Municipalities to meet owner specs and value engineering.
