Job summary

Place Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our Design Build division in Canton, GA. You will lead complex commercial buildouts from pre-construction through closeout, guiding cross-functional teams and managing budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires ownership mentality, strategic thinking, and strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Travel up to 25% may be needed as projects across the country demand coordination.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing full lifecycle commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field with 3+ years’ experience in full lifecycle projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse project teams and serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Oversee initiation to closeout, develop schedules, allocate resources, and track milestones.
• Own project budgeting from pre-construction to completion, manage cost controls and change orders.
• Coordinate labor, timekeeping, and field leadership to ensure productivity.
• Identify and mitigate risks; ensure contract compliance and safety adherence.
• Maintain clear client and subcontractor communications; lead progress meetings.
