We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Lead Interior Designer & Project Manager to oversee design projects from concept to completion. This dual role requires a balance of design leadership and project management expertise, ensuring that spaces are both aesthetically compelling and delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design leadership: Develop innovative interior design concepts aligned with client vision, brand identity, and functional requirements.
• Project management: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Client collaboration: Lead client meetings, present design proposals, and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team coordination: Supervise junior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Technical documentation: Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and material boards for construction and installation.
• Quality assurance: Conduct site visits, oversee installations, and ensure adherence to design intent and standards.
• Vendor & contractor management: Source materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage contractor relationships.
