Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Multifamily Project Manager in the Philadelphia area to lead ground-up and renovation residential projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality communities on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multifamily project management, a strong grasp of construction documents and codes, proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and MS Office, and a bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in multifamily residential construction.
• Track record managing projects of 50+ units from predevelopment through occupancy.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, building codes, and permitting processes.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up and renovation multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver on time and budget.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and permitting processes.
