Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in Project Management with a General Contractor/Construction Management firm.
• Local subcontractor & vendor relationships in the greater TN/Southeast markets.

Responsibilities

• Initiate construction from design and land acquisition through buyout, scheduling to close-out.
• Coordinate with Site Management for seamless operations and overcome challenges.
• Develop new sub/vendor relationships and maintain existing trade-partner relationships.
• Direct all facets from pre-con to close-out, ensuring safety, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Collaborate with staff, owners and management to move projects from design to Keys on schedule.
• Manage 1-2 projects simultaneously on mid-rise apartment complexes (garden-style & podium types).
