Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced multifamily project manager to lead ground-up and renovation residential projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will be the central point of accountability—coordinating owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality communities on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in multifamily residential construction, a track record of 50+ unit projects, and strong knowledge of codes, permitting, and project management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in multifamily residential construction.
• Track record managing projects of 50+ units from predevelopment through certificate of occupancy.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, building codes, and permitting processes.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related field — or equivalent work experience.
