Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced multifamily project manager to lead ground-up and renovation residential projects in the Philadelphia market. You will be the central point of accountability—coordinating owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality communities on time and on budget.

The role requires 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience, with a preference for multifamily or large-scale residential work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multifamily or large-scale residential projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, buyout, contracts, change orders, and payment applications.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams to maintain schedules and resolve issues.
• Lead owner, architect, subcontractor, and project coordination meetings.
• Monitor RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project controls.
• Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and turnover.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion and turnover
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
• Manage subcontractor procurement, buyout, contracts, change orders, and payment applications
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams to maintain project schedules and resolve issues
• Lead owner, architect, subcontractor, and project coordination meetings
• Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, documentation, and project controls
• Monitor project costs and identify potential budget or schedule impacts earlyMaintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Oversee project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover
• Help mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers as the team continues to grow

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Strong preference for experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, or large-scale residential construction
• Experience managing projects in the Philadelphia market is preferred
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and project documentation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with both field and office teams
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
