Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
We are a well-established general contractor with decades of experience delivering multifamily and commercial construction projects across the Midwest. Our work includes both ground-up construction and complex rehabilitation projects, often serving mission-driven organizations, nonprofits, and community partners. Long-term relationships with owners, subcontractors, and design professionals are a core part of how we operate.
The company is currently entering an exciting new chapter of growth as the next generation of leadership modernizes systems, adopts new technology, and expands into new verticals while maintaining a disciplined and thoughtful approach to risk management. With a strong reputation for integrity, we continue to grow through repeat partnerships and negotiated work rather than purely bid-driven projects.
Why join us?
- Values-Driven Culture: This is a company where integrity isn’t a buzzword — it’s the foundation. You’ll work alongside people who genuinely care about the work they do and the communities they build for. The reputation in the market speaks for itself.
- New leadership is actively reinventing how the company operates — new tools, new processes, new verticals. You’re not walking into a stagnant organization. You’re joining at the ground floor of the next chapter.
- Relationship-Driven Work: This isn’t a hard-bid, transactional shop. Projects are negotiated with repeat clients, many of whom are community-focused organizations. If you’re tired of the cutthroat side of construction, this is the antidote.
- Strong Leadership & Mentorship: You’ll report to a PM Team Lead who is known for building teams, communication, and accountability.
- Generous Compensation & Profit Sharing: Competitive base salary, bonuses, and a 401K profit sharing plan that averages 10% of total gross comp — with no employee contribution required. When the company wins, everyone wins.
- Stability with Growth: The company is strategically expanding into new verticals — all while maintaining conservative risk management.
