Job summary

MPI is seeking a Project Manager to oversee custom luxury residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion in the MetroWest and surrounding areas. The role requires ownership of high-end projects, coordination with owners, architects, and trades, and close collaboration with leadership to drive growth.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in residential PM, strong Procore skills, and the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and client communications while on-site 2–3 days a

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in residential construction.
• Experience managing custom home, luxury residential, or high-end projects.
• Procore proficiency is required.
• Experience overseeing budgets, schedules, procurement and subcontractor management.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to commute to the Southborough, MA office and work on-site 2–3 days per week.

• Manage luxury residential construction projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, project documentation, and client communications.
• Utilize Procore to manage project workflows, reporting, and project execution.
• Lead projects ranging from high-end custom homes to complex additions and renovations.
• Drive projects from design development through construction completion while maintaining quality standards.
• Attend project sites throughout the MetroWest area and surrounding regions as required.
• Collaborate closely with company leadership and play a key role in future company growth.

Profile

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within residential construction.
• Proven experience managing custom home, luxury residential, or high‑end residential projects.
• Strong proficiency with Procore is required.
• Experience overseeing project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to commute to the Southborough, MA office and work on‑site at project locations 2 to 3 days per week.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
