Job summary

MPI is seeking a Project Manager - Luxury Retail to lead high-end retail projects in the Boston area, overseeing preconstruction to closeout.

You will coordinate teams, manage budgets and schedules, and deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget outcomes. Proficiency with Procore/Sage/Microsoft Office is required, with potential travel to NY and FL. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Strong background managing high-end or luxury retail construction projects.
  • Experience with commercial construction from start to finish.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Sage, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Project Manager - Luxury Retail will:

  • Manage luxury retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Luxury Retail should have:

  • 8+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Strong background managing high-end or luxury retail construction projects.
  • Experience with commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Sage, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to commute to Wilmington, MA and project sites as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

What\'s on Offer

Upon offer, the Project Manager - Luxury Retail will receive:

  • Base salary: $120,000 - $140,000
