Responsibilities

  • Lead daily field operations on luxury residential construction and renovation projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain schedules and quality.
  • Oversee work on custom homes, townhomes and condominium renovations.
  • Monitor jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Review project progress and address field challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Assist with light carpentry tasks and maintain a hands-on field presence.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Manage projects ranging from smaller renovations under $1M to larger projects between $1M and $5M.
  • Travel to project sites throughout the Boston area, primarily Downtown Boston.

Job Description
  • Lead daily field operations on luxury residential construction and renovation projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
  • Oversee work on custom homes, townhome and brownstone renovations, and condominium renovation projects.
  • Monitor jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Review project progress and proactively address field challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Assist with light carpentry tasks as needed and maintain a hands-on presence in the field.
  • Collaborate closely with project management teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage projects ranging from smaller renovations under $1M to larger residential projects valued between $1M and $5M.
  • Travel to project sites throughout the Boston area, primarily in and around Downtown Boston.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3 to 7 years of construction experience in a supervisory, lead, or superintendent capacity.
  • Prior experience working on high-end residential construction projects.
  • Comfortable performing light carpentry work and working with tools when needed.
  • Ability to commute to projects throughout the Boston area, particularly Downtown Boston.
  • Strong communication, organization, and jobsite coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing luxury custom home construction, brownstone renovations, or condominium renovations.
  • Exposure to projects ranging from smaller renovations to multi-million-dollar residential builds.
