CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Custom Residential Project Manager to oversee the construction of high-end homes in Acton, MA from preconstruction through turnover. You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements include 5+ years in custom residential PM, MA license, proficiency with Procore or similar CM software, and a track record of luxury homes. Full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in custom residential construction.
• Proven experience with luxury homes and renovations.
• MA License required.
• Strong understanding of residential codes and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of custom residential construction projects from permitting through final turnover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts; coordinate with homeowners, architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, scheduling, and quality control.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest craftsmanship standards.

Location: Acton, MA

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Custom Residential Project Manager to oversee the construction of high-end custom homes from preconstruction through project completion. This individual will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client communication, and overall project execution while ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of custom residential construction projects from permitting through final turnover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts. Coordinate with homeowners, architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the build process.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
