Job summary

MPI is a premier construction management firm seeking a senior leader to provide executive oversight of large ground-up projects in the Northeast. The role spans multifamily, healthcare, higher education, and public-sector markets, with a focus on client relationships and strategic project execution.

You will guide teams to meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals while mentoring PMs and field staff.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience delivering ground-up construction projects.
• Significant experience in multifamily, healthcare, and/or higher education markets.
• Proven leadership on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong tenure with reputable GC or construction management firms.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and team leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Job Description

• Provide executive-level oversight for large, complex ground-up construction projects.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering ground-up construction projects.
• Significant project experience within multifamily, healthcare, and/or higher education markets.
• Proven leadership experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong tenure with reputable general contractors or construction management firms.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and team leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Preferred Qualifications

• Wood-frame multifamily construction experience.
• Experience competing against or working for leading regional and national contractors.
• History of successfully managing multiple large projects or portfolios simultaneously.
