Michael Page US in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead a $12M ground-up, 20-unit affordable housing development in Malden. You will oversee all on-site construction activities, safety, schedule, and budget, delivering high quality results and coordinating with subcontractors and inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities for a $12M, 20-unit ground-up affordable housing development in Malden, MA.

• Potentially support future ground-up commercial projects as business needs evolve.
• Maintain a strong presence on-site; this is a fully in-office/field-based position.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience.
• Ground-up multifamily construction experience.
• Experience overseeing affordable housing or residential developments.
• Leadership experience managing large-scale projects and field teams.
