Qualifications

• 4+ years in construction with a commercial or industrial general contractor
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, subcontractors, and vendors
• Proficient in producing fixed price estimates using RS Means or similar price books
• Strong negotiating skills
• Mentor and train assistant level operations team members
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field highly desired

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project budgets; ensure delivery per contract requirements
• Prepare estimates based on specs, SOW, and drawings; perform quantity take-offs
• Solicit proposals from multiple vendors; evaluate compliance with SOW
• Develop and maintain project schedules with superintendents
• Assist in business development and client outreach to grow projects
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ guidelines and safety standards
• Travel between project sites as required; operate in both office and construction sites
• Provide site visits, client coordination, and documentation like As-Built drawings
