Travel between sites is required and collaboration with subcontractors is essential to meet contract requirements. The role emphasizes leadership, estimating proficiency with RS Means, and use of ProCore and BlueBeam in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
• Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Proficient in producing fixed price estimates using RS Means or similar books.
• Strong negotiating skills and ability to manage resources and teams.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments and collaborative within diverse teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage budgets and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Develop and review SOWs through site visits and client needs; coordinate close-out and as-built drawings.
• Prepare estimates from technical specs, drawings, and SOW; perform quantity take-offs.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor proposals; negotiate and manage buyouts.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with superintendents.
• Drive business development with customers and framework agreements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality guidelines.
• Travel between project sites and work at offices and on sites as required.
