Job summary

Bilfinger is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead construction and field engineering operations for an industrial project site. You will build a high-performing site team, maintain client relationships, and ensure work aligns with safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in industrial facility construction management, an associate degree in a related field, and hands-on leadership with proficiency in Primavera P6, Procore, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of industrial facility construction management experience required.
• Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Willing to travel and frequent site presence.
• Strong leadership, safety, and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities
