Job summary

Bilfinger is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead construction and field engineering operations at an industrial project site. You will build a high-performing team, maintain client relationships, and ensure work aligns with safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in industrial facility construction management, an associate degree in CM/engineering, and hands-on leadership across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 10-15 years of relevant industrial facility construction management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead site team, mentor staff, ensure staffing levels and succession planning.
• Champion safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance and incident prevention.
• Direct construction execution, coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage client relationships and contractual/commercial expectations.
• Oversee labor strategy, staffing, and local relations with unions as applicable.
