Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
• Ability to manage all resources, including vendors, subcontractors, time, and more, to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality projects.
• Strong adaptability, integrity, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Experience with project design tools like Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, and BlueBeam is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: review scope, control site operations, ensure safety and contract compliance.
• Subcontractor Management: supervise subcontractors and site operations per Superintendent's Manual.
• Scheduling: outline timetable and ensure milestones are met.
• Safety: ensure compliance with HSEQ guidelines and local requirements.
• Travel between project sites as needed.
