Job summary

Bilfinger is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction programs, coordinating schedules, budgets, and quality across multiple sites. You will liaise between teams and clients, directing efforts to complete projects on time and within scope; typical project values range from small to mid-size, with annual volume varying by contract type.

The role requires 4+ years in construction with a GC, strong estimating, negotiating, and leadership abilities, and the capacity to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in construction with a commercial/industrial GC.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, subs, and vendors.
• Ability to produce detailed fixed-price estimates using RS Means or similar.
• Strong negotiating and communication skills.
• Leadership to mentor junior staff.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and clients to meet contract requirements.
• Develop SOW from site visits and client needs; negotiate with client and subs.
• Coordinate close-out and As-Built drawings.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with superintendents.
• Support business development and safety compliance.
• Adhere to HSEQ guidelines and local regulations.
• Travel between sites; occasional onsite visits; weather considerations.
