• Planning, organizing, and managing projects in the fields of process development (Cold Spray technology) and product development (plant and machinery engineering)
• Taking on a central coordination role in cross-functional collaboration
• Serving as the primary technical contact for customers, suppliers, service providers, and internal departments
• Developing and optimizing project management processes
• Managing and monitoring projects with regard to schedule, budget, and quality
• Planning, facilitating, and documenting project meetings
• Providing regular cross-departmental project reporting and status updates

Your profile

• Completed qualification as a state-certified technician or a degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field
• 2-5 years of professional experience in project management
• Solid knowledge of project management tools, methods, and best practices
• Structured and self-driven working style
• Hands-on mentality with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• High level of resilience and ability to perform under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
