• Commissioning and service support for our systems – both in-house and at customer sites nationally and internationally
• Conducting customer training sessions to ensure optimal use of our systems
• Independent execution of service, maintenance, and repair work in-house or directly at customer sites
• Providing telephone and written support for our customers

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification
• Independent, structured, and meticulous way of working
• Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for developing solutions
• High level of problem-solving skills
• Very good English skills and strong communication abilities
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 25%), without extended stays abroad
• Valid Class B driver’s license
