Job summary

Impact Innovations GmbH, the global technology leader for industrial Cold Spray systems, seeks an International Sales Manager to drive growth across Germany, Europe and worldwide. You will analyze markets, define sales strategies, identify and acquire new customers, and manage the full sales funnel—from initial contact to quotes and orders—while traveling to trade fairs and customer sites.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in engineering or business, has several years of value selling

Qualifications

• Completed degree in engineering, business, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in value selling of niche technologies to international industrial accounts.
• Understanding of customers in target industries and their processes.
• Strong communication skills, willingness to travel, and business-fluent German and English.
• Goal-oriented and self-reliant way of working.

Responsibilities

• Develop new markets and segments.
• Participate in defining sales strategies and action plans.
• Identify, acquire, and develop new customers in Germany, Europe, and globally.
• Own the full sales funnel—from initial contact to quotation, orders, and inquiries.
