In this role, you orchestrate collaboration across all disciplines – from product management to development and production – ensuring clarity, commitment, and progress throughout the entire project.

Your Responsibilities and Duties

• Holistic planning, structuring, and management of complex development projects
• Active facilitation and leadership of interdisciplinary teams (e.g., stand‑ups, regular meetings, reviews, gate meetings)
• Requesting and tracking work packages and ensuring accountability without direct authority
• Managing cross‑functional collaboration from product management through development to production transfer, including stakeholder management
• Consolidating project plans, aligning milestones, budgets, and resource availability, and creating transparency around risks

Your Skills and Qualifications

• Completed degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or natural sciences (e.g., physics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar) and a strong understanding of complex technical systems
• Several years of experience in project management of technology‑driven development projects
• Confident handling of dynamic projects (uncertainties, changing plans, high technical risks) with a clear focus on goals and results
• Strong skills in lateral leadership: creating accountability, driving work packages, and effectively steering teams without direct authority
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, combined with teamwork, assertiveness, and a proactive mindset
