Job summary

Eurofins USA Environment Testing seeks a Project Manager II to coordinate client projects end-to-end within laboratory operations. You will oversee setup, documentation review, invoicing, and reporting while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires deep knowledge of lab processes, plus experience coordinating with subcontract labs and multiple stakeholder teams to ensure timely, accurate results for clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences required.
• Minimum 5 years of client-relationship or project management experience.
• Requires additional lab training across methods and QA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects through all phases of lab operations, including setup and invoicing.
• Review permits, SOW, QAPP, and purchase/task orders for accuracy.
• Set up client accounts and Total Access access.
• Manage purchase orders, task orders, contracts, and change orders.
• Ensure on-time delivery and deliverables per client specs.
• Liaise with work share labs and non-Eurofins locations as needed.
