Job summary

Eurofins USA Environment Testing is seeking a Project Manager I to coordinate and manage client projects through all phases of laboratory operations, including setup, reporting, invoicing, and communications. You will maintain client relationships, review documentation, and ensure deliverables meet project requirements.

The role requires a BS/BA in Chemistry or related field, US work authorization, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences or related field required; four years related experience may substitute.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking) required.
• Experience in client relationships or customer service preferred.
• Exposure to lab QA across multiple departments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects through all phases of laboratory operations.
• Set up projects in LIMS and manage invoicing, reporting, and client communications.
• Schedule couriers, manage purchase orders, and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Engage subcontract labs as needed and forecast workload with operations.
