Job summary

Eurofins USA Environment Testing in Knoxville seeks an entry level Project Manager I to coordinate and manage client projects through all phases of laboratory operations, including setup, login review, communication of analytical issues, client reporting and invoicing.

The role works with Operations to ensure lab capacity, generate bottle orders, schedule couriers, and maintain client accounts. It emphasizes developing client relationships in support of the laboratory mission.

Qualifications

• Education: BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences, or related field (four years related experience may substitute for a degree).
• Minimum 6 months of client-relationship or customer service experience.
• Prefer bench chemist or field experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and set up project in LIMS and manage orders.
• Coordinate project details with Operations and staff.
• Review reports and ensure client due dates are met.
• Assist invoicing and accounts receivable processes.
• Set up bottle orders, courier scheduling, and client communications.
