Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing America is seeking a Project Manager II to coordinate and manage client projects through all phases of laboratory operations. Responsibilities include project setup, communication with clients, invoicing, and coordinating with work-share labs.

The role requires extensive experience in project management and client relations, with a BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences. This full-time position is based in Knoxville, TN and offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences; six years related experience may substitute for a degree.
• Minimum 5 years of client-relationship/customer service experience or Project Management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Office, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clients’ projects through lab operations, including setup, communication, and invoicing.
• Communicate project details to operations and clients; manage schedules and deliverables.
• Oversee quotes, contracts, and change orders; ensure lab certifications meet requirements.
• Engage Eurofins work-share labs and service centers as needed for projects.
• Monitor deadlines, data integrity, and generation of final reports for clients.
