Job summary

Henderson Engineers is seeking a Project Manager II to lead medium to large projects, guiding internal teams and coordinating with sub-consultants to meet client goals and quality standards.

You will mentor junior staff, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding integrity and teamwork across diverse, mission-critical facilities. A strong technical background in engineering is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business required.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience; 5 years of PM experience if degree is present; 10+ years without degree.
• PM certification preferred.
• Proficiency in project management standards and execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates all aspects of project execution and client experience.
• Develops project proposals, contracts and project budgets; may support proposal development.
• Plans and coordinates project deliverables and manages client communication.
• Monitors budgets and financial expectations; ensures adherence to quality standards.
• Directs activities of project/program team members and mentors junior staff.
