Job summary

Tokio Marine North America Services (TMNAS) is seeking a Project Manager to deliver enhancements and small to medium sized initiatives for TMNAS and its Group Companies. You will coordinate across multiple teams, manage deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure work aligns with standards.

Responsibilities include creating detailed schedules, maintaining governance artifacts, preparing budgets and reports, and supporting PMO activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-5 years' experience preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server or relevant project management tool preferred
• PMI- PMP Certification is a plus
• Knowledge of formal project management methodologies (PMBOK)
• Knowledge of eliciting and documenting business requirements
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

Responsibilities

• Manages full life-cycle from Initiation to Close for assigned enhancements and projects
• Creates and maintains detailed project schedules
• Facilitates completion and storage of project artifacts
• Ensures compliance with governance standards and maintains docs
• Collaborates with Resource Managers for project assignments
• Manages project budget, schedule and scope constraints
• Ensures use of change management procedures and tools
• Creates and presents progress reports on schedule and budget
• Assists with budget preparation and progress reporting
• Supports PMO practice by coordinating artifact reviews and approvals
